For making your payment, you can use OP-pohjola, Nordea and Sampo internet banking, as well as Luottokunta credit cards. Separate admission tickets are delivered electronically only to the e-mail address supplied by the customer. The order is saved into our system so you can receive immediate confirmation on it. For admission tickets, an e-mail confirmation is considered to be the ticket; on the cruise date, your printed e-mail confirmation must be presented at the SUN LINES checkout desk at Kauppatori, OR we need to be able to find your booking according to your specific customer information (name/telephone number). Please be prepared to verify your identity. Not all of our ships are tailored for persons with reduced mobility.
