Our chefs prepare the food themselves right from the very start. They smoke, salt and broil the fish, and make the sauces and marinades.

We use only low lactose products in all our foods. Completely lactose free foods are marked with an ‘L’, glutose free foods are marked with a ‘G’. Any other special needs and requests will be considered according to the information you choose to share with us. Special buffets (which require a special food selection) and other special requests come at a cost of 5 € extra per person.

All these menus are meant for groups of over ten persons, one menu will be selected for the whole group. For groups of under twenty persons we add a total amount of 45 € to the bill or charge a small delivery addition.

The prices include buffet, the transportation of food, and all necessary tableware. Prices are inclusive of VAT at 13/23%. Only for the smooth servicing of a la carte menus do we need extra personnel; and please note that this has not been taken into considered in the menu price.

The standard setting for on board ship is a white tablecloths, table tops which match the colour of the ship, and paper napkins. Any festivity for the occasion can be emphasised by adding festive tops and textile napkins for an additional cost of 1.00 € per person.
